Vår hall är inte uppvärmd. Ett enklare omklädningsrum finns men ingen dusch. Det finns en obemannad shop där ni kan hyra rack, köpa bollar, lindor samt dryck och tilltugg. Fyll din vattenflaska innan du kommer till oss eller köp vatten på plats.

I’m Andrés Monzón, a professional padel coach with over 10 years of experience in high-performance training and competition. Trained by the Spanish Padel Federation, I developed my career both as a player and a coach.
Now based in Stockholm, I coach players of all levels at Padel Soul Academy. My methodology combines advanced technique, tactical strategy, physical conditioning, and mental preparation—tailored to maximize each player’s potential.

Hi, my name is Carlos Frechilla, and I’m a 37-year-old padel coach originally from Madrid, Spain, with over 20 years of experience in the padel industry. Since moving to Sweden in 2015, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a sports chief at several prominent clubs, including Järfälla Padel and Ultimate Padel.
